Lasagna

12 oz package lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef (or beef/sausage combination)
2 16oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sugar
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbls butter

2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
3 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese

1. Boil noodles until tender.

2. In fry pan, brown ground beef/sausage and drain grease out. Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano, sugar and beef bouillon cube.

3. In another small fry pan, sautee mushrooms in diced garlic and butter. Add to tomato/meat sauce and simmer 5-10 minutes.

4. In separate bowl, mix together mozzarella, sour cream and cream cheese.

5. Arrange in 9x13 by layering first noodles, next tomato/meat sauce, then cheese sauce. Repeat layering until ingredients are gone. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil during last 10 minutes of baking.
