Paprika
Butter
2/3 c green pepper chopped
1/4 c water
1 pt sour cream
salt / pepper
Flour
2 large onions minced
1/2 stick butter
1 c white wine or chicken broth.
1 pt sour cream
Season breasts to taste w/ salt, pepper & paprika. Flour lightly, brown quickly. Transfer to baking dish. Saute onions & green pepper in butter until golden brown. Combine water, 1/2 c wine, onions & green pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover & bake in oven 350* for 1 hour. Just before serving combine remaining wine & sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake 5 min longer. Serve with cooked rice. Serves 6
