Mat's Scalloped Corn

1 can (17oz) cream corn
1 can (17oz) whole kernel corn drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1/2 c butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c green chilies or green peppers
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheese

Saute butter, onion, green chilies
Mix corn & eggs
Add cornbread mix, then add sauteed onions/chilies
Top with sour cream & cheese
Bake @ 350* for 45 min in greased casserole dish (dutch oven works great also)
