2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 c sour cream
2 c water (1/2 c for slow cooker)
1 small onion
1/2 tsp pepper, cumin, oregano & orange peel
12 large flour tortillas
Cut meat into cubes, add water in pot with meat. Bring to boil then simmer. Add garlic, onion & seasonings. Simmer uncovered until water is gone & meat is tender. Saute pork until brown.
Slow cooker - cook all ingredients 8-10 hours on low then saute as needed.
