Oreo Pie

 30 Oreos 

1/4 c melted butter

1/3 block (3oz) cream cheese

1/3 c powdered sugar

8oz cool whip -divided use

1 pkg instant chocolate fudge pudding

2 cups whole milk

Crush to fine 24 Oreos in blender.  Mix with melted butter. Lightly spray 9" pan then press crumbs into pan & up the sides

Blend with hand mixer; cream cheese & powdered sugar.  Then mix in 1/3 container of cool whip. Spread over Oreo crust. 

Blend pudding and milk & pour over cream cheese layer. 

Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer. 

Rough chop remaining Oreos & sprinkle on top.

Refrigerate a few hours.
