1- Slightly brown ½ bag of rice in oil
Add a small amount of diced garlic and onion for flavor.
2- Blend in blender 3-4 tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, 1 slice of onion with a little water.
Add to rice & simmer until absorbed.
3- Add water (double the amount of rice = water)
4 Tab consume de pollo
¾ teas salt
4-Juice of ½ lime - squeeze this over nearly cooked rice.
Cover with lid & barely simmer until liquid is absorbed.
