2 Tab butter melted in 9x13
4 cups sourdough- cubed & dried overnight
Cooked together:
Spicy sausage in a tube.
2 teas Basil
2 teas Dill
Grate & mix together:
1 lb Swiss cheese - grated
1 lb Cheddar cheese - grated
Layer 1/2 ingredients then repeat for 2nd layer:
Bread, sausage, cheese.
Mix together & pour over top of casserole:
6 eggs
2 cups milk
Refrigerate overnight.
Cover with a Silpat then Bake 350* for 1 hour.
Uncover for the last few minutes to brown.
