Broccoli Salad

Salad:
1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli crowns
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
1 small red onion, finely chopped
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl vinegar

1. Toss salad ingredients together lightly and store in refrigerator
2. Mix dressing ingredients together, combining well, and pour over salad and let stand in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving, or overnight. Serves 10.
