Orange Rolls

2 cups warm water
2 Tbl yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
2 tsp salt
6 cups flour

filling:
1 cup sugar
2 grated orange rinds
1/2 cup butter, softened

1. Combine water, yeast and sugar. Add remaining ingredients plus 3 ucps of the flour. Beat well and add the remaining flour. Beat again and refrigerate at least 3 hours. (Will keep 1 week in the refrigerator).

2. Cream filling ingredients together. Roll out dough in a circle. Spread filling over dough and cut in a pinwheel pattern. Roll each triangle into a crescent shape.

3. Bake at 400* until golden. Recipe yields 4 dozen.
