1 pkg yeast (1 1/2 Tbls)
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbls oil
2 cups flour
1 to 1 1/2 cups flour
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar, salt, oil and 2 cups flour. Beat this until smooth. Add remaining flour and knead 5 minutes. Let rise for 45 minutes.
3. Roll our crust and add toppings.
4. Bake at 400* for 25 minutes.
