1 pint whipping cream
3 cups sugar
75 peppermint candies
1/2 cup sugar
ice & rock salt
1. Mix 1 cup sugar with 2 cups half & half in blender. Add 25 candies & blend until well beaten. Pour into ice cream freezer. Repeat process 2 more times.
2. Pour whipping cream into blender with 1/2 c sugar. Blend until whipped--DO NOT overbeat. Add to freezer. Fill to freezer line with remaining half & half. Freeze according to machine directions (ice & rock salt).
3. When finished, put ice cream in freezer for 1-2 hours to firm.
