5 whole chicken breasts (may use canned chicken or turkey)
1 large bunch broccoli
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
paprika
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 cup plain yogurt or light sour cream
cooked rice (optional)
1. Wrap chicken in foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour. De-bone and break into large pieces.
2. Cook and drain broccoli. In 9x15 layer optional rice, then broccoli, then chicken pieces.
3. Combine soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Spread over chicken layer. Sprinkle with parmesan and lots of paprika. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
