Hamburger Roll-ups

1 pound hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomato sauce
biscuit dough from bisquick or scratch

1. Sautee onion in pan with butter, add hamburger and cook with salt and pepper to taste, until browned. Add mushrooms to meat and sautee a few more minutes.

2. Make biscuits from scratch or bisquick recipe. Roll out in rectangle to 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle half of cheese on dough. Evenly spread hamburger over cheese and roll into log; like cinnamon rolls.

3. Cut 1" thick, place on greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Serve under heated tomato soup concentrate.
