Lynzie's Rice Pudding

 Combine 3 cups rice & 6 cups water. Bring to boil on high heat then simmer for 15 min until water is gone. 

Add milk to 2" over level of rice in pot. (I added 4 cups milk TG)

Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk & 1 cup sugar & 2 cinnamon sticks.

Bring to boil stirring @ medium heat. 

Remove from heat 7 at 1 teaspoon vanilla & 1 cup whipping cream. 

Sprinkle individual servings with cinnamon if desired.
