Honey Bee Ambrosia Salad

This one is a favorite at Chris & Debbie's. Debbie told me that when Chris was in the Navy and stationed on the USS Kitty-Hawk, he used to spend his free-time in the library and found this recipe there. It looks like it might be too simple to be very good, but it's AWESOME!

4 medium navel oranges (I like to cut the peels off and chop into bite size pieces.)
1 or 2 bananas, sliced
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice (fresh is best, but any will do)
2 Tab. fresh lemon juice

Whip together the honey and juices, and then toss with the rest.
