Baked Salmon with spinach & mushrooms

Pam a 9x13
Lay Salmon in 9x13
Smother with fresh spinach
Smother with artichoke/Parmesan dip from Costco

(Or make dip with 1 cup mayo, 1-2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1-2 cans of 14 oz chopped artichokes, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1-2 pkg cream cheese- optional) 

Next layer with sliced mushrooms
Smother with fresh parmesan
Cover with foil & bake at 350* for 30 min.
