Grandma Barbara's Overnight French Toast

In small bowl mix 1/2 c melted butter, 1/4 c honey, 2 tea cinnamon.
Pour into TWO 9x13's.
In med bowl  beat 6 eggs.
Add: 1 c milk, 1 c orange juice, 1/4 c sugar, 2 Tab grated orange rind, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t cinnamon
Mix thoroughly.
Dip thickly sliced sourdough bread & place into 2 9x13's.
Pour any extra egg mixture over the top of slices.
Cover & let sit overnight.
Bake 400* for 20 min or until golden brown.
Half way through cooking turn slices to brown opposite side.
Serve with real maple syrup.
